Terms and conditions of sale and delivery
Print-at-home tickets are valid for admission to Verdenskortet as indicated on the ticket. The ticket is only valid during the selected date period.
Print-at-home tickets must be printed before your visit. Alternatively, the entire print-at-home ticket can be downloaded onto a mobile phone and scanned directly from there. Please note that once a barcode has been scanned correctly at the entrance to Verdenskortet, it cannot be used again. The second barcode on the ticket can therefore no longer be used.
You are responsible for any misuse of the print-at-home ticket, so take the necessary precautions to avoid misuse. All prices include 25% VAT. Verdenskortet assumes no liability for printing errors.
On particularly busy days, Verdenskortet reserves the right to close the park. This will only be for safety reasons and thus in the public interest.
Tickets purchased in advance, including season passes, do not guarantee admission to Verdenskortet on a specific day. Admission to Verdenskortet is on a first-come, first-served basis, and we recommend that you arrive early in the day.
For safety reasons, we also reserve the right to ask guests to leave the park, just as we reserve the right to close attractions, sales outlets, events and happenings without prior notice.
Storage of information
The information you provide when purchasing a ticket or season pass is treated confidentially. This information is only reused in connection with the issue and subsequent control of the admission ticket and season pass.
The information is not disclosed to other companies. We generally delete your information if you have not repurchased admission tickets after 1 season after the purchase or renewed your season pass 2 seasons after the creation of the season pass.
If you ask to have your information deleted in the season in which you created your season pass, this will invalidate your season pass and the season pass will not be refunded. In subsequent seasons, you can always contact us and ask to have your information deleted.
Delivery
Print-at-home tickets will be delivered to the email address provided shortly after we receive your order.
Remember to check your spam email. Verdenskortet assumes no liability for delays in delivery due to technical problems. No fees are charged.
If, contrary to expectations, you do not receive an e-mail with a ticket, please bring a printout of the order confirmation and contact the entrance. Alternatively, you can contact Verdenskortet on +45 98 54 61 32 or info@verdenskortet.dk and we will find a solution.
Payment and security
Payment can be made with Dankort and Visa/Dankort. There is no right of cancellation on purchases via the Verdenskortet Webshop, and the money is therefore not refunded.
The ticket must be redeemed in the season for which it was purchased. If the ticket is not used in the season in question, it is not possible to transfer the ticket to subsequent seasons.
Credit card transactions take place on a separate secured server with full encryption of all credit card information. This solution meets all PBS requirements for secure payment solutions. Your credit card information will not be made available to other companies or organizations.
In order to recognize your information on your next visit to our webshop, a ‘cookie’ is placed on your computer. This ‘cookie’ is also used to track your shopping cart, for statistical purposes and to target advertising.
Personal information is treated confidentially by Verdenskortet. The data you have provided is placed on a secure server in a database.
Information about complaint options
A complaint about a product or service purchased from Verdenskortet can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Klageløsning via www.forbrug.dk
The EU Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here https://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must state our email address info@verdenskortet.dk
